How OnGas Accredited Channel Partners can help
OnGas Accredited Channel Partners are gas specialists who can assist with the connection process to the Vector gas network. Together with our Connection Co-ordinators, they can arrange the connection, sign you up with your designated energy retailer, provide your gas appliances and arrange the installation of the gas appliances. A Channel Partner will provide these services to assist you or your client:
- check the availability of gas in the street
- provide a selection of gas appliances
- provide advice about the gas appliances best suited to the needs of the project
- contact Vector to arrange the connection to the gas network
- process the paperwork for gas supply from an energy retailer
- advise OnGas meter placement in accordance with energy retailer regulations
- assist with placement of appliances during the design phase of a project
- arrange for a certified gasfitter to install the new appliances and all gas pipes, bayonets and connection points required.
OnGas has in house Connection Co-ordinators who work closely with the channel partner and will arrange the connection of the property to the Vector gas network.
